Job Summary
CT Technologist Hawaii. This position involves performing computed tomography (CT) scans in a hospital setting, requiring independent work and proficiency in radiologic procedures. The role demands experience with various imaging techniques and equipment, with a focus on delivering quality imaging services in accordance with radiologist protocols.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: A current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography, and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Must have a minimum of two (2) years work experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Schedule: The shift is rotating, with 10-hour shifts, and a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Responsibilities: Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for employee health appointment. Experience with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation preferred. Experience with venipuncture, performing MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging, procedures like biopsies or drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke is a plus.
