Job Summary
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) The organization is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for a temporary assignment. This role involves evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients, ensuring functional recovery and safe return to community activities within an outpatient setting. The position emphasizes patient education, team collaboration, and adherence to safety and professional standards.

Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and supervision of discipline-specific therapy services, designing functional treatment programs, and serving as an educator for patients, families, and staff.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; active and applicable state licensure; ability to start on 09/07/2026, and complete the assignment by 12/07/2026.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, documentation, and participates in student training and professional development. Adheres to organizational, state, and federal guidelines, maintaining licensure and competency standards. Demonstrates safety awareness and contributes to quality improvement initiatives.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
