Job Details

  • Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients, develops and adjusts treatment plans based on patient needs and physician guidance. Responsible for delegation and direction of therapy services, designing functional treatment programs, and serving as an educator for patients, families, and colleagues. Ensures compliance with organizational policies and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety for patients and staff.
  • Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; CPR Certification; Orthopedics Experience; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; active license in the state where work will be performed.
  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Additional Information: The employee completes comprehensive evaluations, documents medical records accurately and timely, participates in student programs, and pursues ongoing professional development. Adheres to legal and ethical standards, maintains licensure, and contributes to performance improvement initiatives.
