Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist (Inpatient) for a home-based care setting in the designated geographical region. The role involves providing outpatient therapy services with a focus on orthopedic, stroke, joint, and spinal injury patients. The position requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Job Details:

• Certifications & Qualifications: BLS Certification; Minimum of 2 years of experience; Experience with Oasis (government-mandated form); Experience in home health setting preferred but not required; License to submit required.
• Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Assignment Duration: Start date on 09/21/2026, ending on 12/21/2026.
• Required Skills & Experience: Experience working with PT, OT, or Speech in home health environments; ability to work independently and adhere to clinical standards.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have experience with Oasis forms. The role involves flexible work hours, primarily Monday through Friday, with a preference for candidates comfortable working in outpatient and inpatient home care settings. Orientation period of approximately 1.5-2 weeks will be provided.
