Job Details

• Position Description:
  Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans in accordance with the patients needs, goals, and physician directives. Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for those assigned patients. Ensures design of functional treatment programs allowing for effective return to community activities. Serves as an educator of patients, families, students, coworkers, and self. Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline-specific therapy services, and design of program delivery. Demonstrates behaviors and attitudes consistent with the organizations Mission Statement and Core Values. Upholds professional standards and professional codes of conduct as applicable to the role; holds self and others accountable as appropriate. • Required Qualifications:
  Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CPR certification, active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed, and 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Schedule:
  Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week. The schedule spans from September 7, 2026, to December 7, 2026, with shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Tuesday/Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm.
• Additional Information:
  Completes a comprehensive evaluation of assigned patients, utilizing clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals focused on progressing patients towards discharge within an established length of stay. Maintains accurate and timely medical record documentation, including goal writing and functional assessments. Participates in student programs, providing supervision and development. Actively pursues professional growth through continuing education and involvement in professional organizations. Adheres to all applicable State Practice Acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Demonstrates understanding of performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
