Description

Job Summary
Ultrasonographer Echo (ULTRA ECHO) in the Northwest region. This role involves performing echocardiography procedures, including adult 2D echo with contrast agents, bubble studies, post-cardiac catheterization and surgical echoes, assessments of pericardial effusion, pericardiocentesis imaging, LV and RV strain calculations, diastology with tissue Doppler imaging, PISA calculations, and biplane measurements for ejection fraction. The position requires proficiency in treadmill stress echo, dobutamine stress echo, and transesophageal echo, with responsibilities extending to physician assistance during imaging procedures.

  • Required Qualifications: Certifications in ultrasonography or echocardiography, relevant education, and a minimum of 0 years of experience in echocardiography procedures.
  • Additional Information: The Echo technologist must be proficient in adult echocardiography procedures including contrast agent use, bubble studies, assessments post cardiac catheterization and surgery, and assist physicians during imaging. They should be capable of setting up and performing treadmill stress echo, dobutamine stress echo, and transesophageal echo, including image acquisition and physician assistance.
