Job Summary
The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist (CCL TECH) position is based in Thornton, Colorado. This role involves working in a busy Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory supporting high-quality cardiovascular procedures, including LHC, RHC, PCI, and other interventions. The technologist will contribute to patient care excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Details

  • Position Description: Rapid Response position with a new rate, offering 36 hours guaranteed over six weeks. The schedule includes four 9-hour shifts, with two nights of on-call and every third weekend.
  • Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital Cath Lab Technologist experience, BLS certification, ARRT (Registered Radiologic Technologist) or RCIS/RCES certification. If RCIS/RCES, candidates must be willing to apply for and register as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA before starting work.
  • Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with additional certification in Interventional Cardiology (CI or CV) are preferred. Holding experience and monitoring experience are also preferred.
  • Additional Information: The unit performs procedures such as pacemaker and implantable cardioverter defibrillator placement, cardioversions, TEE, tilt table tests, and dobutamine stress tests. The team is high-functioning, engaged, and offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and technology in a supportive environment. The assignment includes on-call responsibilities and requires housing within 30 minutes of the Cath Lab.
