Job Summary
Ultrasound Technician (Echo) in a healthcare setting This position involves performing comprehensive echocardiographic studies using all cardiac ultrasound imaging modalities. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and accurate documentation within the Echo Information Management System.

Job Details

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, from 09/14/2026 to 12/13/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Associates degree or graduation from a CAAHEP accredited sonography program, ARDMS-Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or CCI-Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS), BLS certification, 3 years of experience in ULTRA ECHO specialty, proficiency in adult transthoracic echocardiography, inpatient and outpatient echocardiography.
• Additional Qualifications: Experience with transesophageal and stress echocardiography, adult and pediatric cardiac sonography, bubble studies, and outreach services.
• Responsibilities include independently performing echocardiograms, collaborating with healthcare team members, assisting with training and education, and providing care to all age groups from neonate to geriatric.
• Candidate must demonstrate sterile and isolation procedures, be adaptable to equipment and imaging specialties, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be prepared for stress lab procedures, outreach, on-call practices, evening, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency and meet all licensure and certification requirements for employment consideration.
