Pharmacist Inpatient (Specialty: PHARM IP) Location: Unknown. This role focuses on delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care within a healthcare facility setting. The position involves collaborating with healthcare providers to support patient management and ensuring the pharmacy services are integral to the healthcare delivery system.
Job Details
- Position Description: The Retail Pharmacist is responsible for delivering the highest level of pharmaceutical care to patients through excellent stewardship, efficient systems and operations, and collegial relationships and collaboration. The Retail Pharmacist assures pharmacy is an integral part of the healthcare delivery system and facilitates enhancement and expansion of the services and programs offered. This position collaborates with and serves as a resource for nurses, physicians, and other practitioners who participate in the management of patients receiving care at Nantucket Cottage Pharmacy, Nantucket Cottage Hospital, and its affiliated healthcare providers.
- Required Qualifications: Pharmacist license, pharmacy degree, 0 years of experience, and a valid pharmacy license.
- Schedule: Shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with weekend and holiday requirements. Shift hours are 8 hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The position begins on 10/19/2026 and ends on 01/16/2027.
