Job Summary
The CT Technologist (Computed Tomography Technician) position is based in a healthcare facility dedicated to acute care. This role involves performing advanced CT imaging procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment. The technologist will work on night shifts, with varying start times, and participate in holiday rotations as required.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: BLS, Fluoro Permit, CA state license, ARRT, at least 1 year of experience, and must be licensed in California.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include performing a variety of complex CT imaging procedures, including abdominal, brain, chest, extremity, pelvic, vascular, and pediatric studies, utilizing equipment such as Siemens CT scanners, and ensuring radiation safety.
• The candidate will be expected to have experience with multiplanar reconstruction (MRP), contrast media administration, and patient positioning, along with proficiency in charting systems like Epic.
• Flexibility to float to other facilities within the organization may be required.
• Candidates must be able to work three of five major holidays, request scheduling accommodations upfront, and include RTO at the time of submission.
• References: Two references covering at least one year within the last three years are required prior to start date.
