Job Summary
Home Healthcare This position involves providing specialized therapy services within a home-based care setting. The role requires delivering high-quality physical, occupational, or speech therapy to patients across a designated geographical region, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS Certification; Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required.
• Education & Experience: No specific degree requirement listed; experience with Oasis (government-mandated form) required; experience working in home health environment preferred.
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with majority of work hours from 8am to 5pm, totaling at least 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Proficiency in PT, OT, or Speech Therapy; experience in home healthcare; BLS Certification; must have experience with Oasis; must have a valid license to submit.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have experience with Oasis (government-mandated form). Must also have one year experience working PT/OT/Sp, home setting experience is preferred but not required.
