Job Details

• Position Description: Responsible for clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of Physical Therapy services, collaborating with patients and interdisciplinary teams to establish and achieve individualized treatment goals.
• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an American Physical Therapy Association-accredited school or equivalent, current Physical Therapy license within the state of practice, BLS certification, and the ability to become proficient with relevant computer software and patient care equipment. No minimum years of experience specified.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The position requires interaction with diverse healthcare professionals, patients, and families, ensuring comprehensive care delivery.
