Job Summary
CT Technologist Night Shift The organization is seeking an experienced CT (Computed Tomography) Technologist to join the imaging department. The position involves performing routine CT scans and CTA procedures across inpatient, emergency department, and outpatient settings, utilizing advanced imaging equipment in a fast-paced, acute care environment.
Job Details
- Position Description:
Responsible for independently performing CT exams on all age groups, including inpatient, emergency, and outpatient populations. Equipment utilized includes Philips Brilliance ICT 256, GE Apex, Siemens Force, and EPIC imaging systems. - Required Qualifications:
Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists with a CT specialty; BLS Certification; minimum of 3 years of experience in CT imaging; licensed to submit credentials; shift schedule is nights, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week. - Preferred Qualifications:
Experience performing routine CT's and CTA's, familiarity with EPIC charting and Sectra system, and attending department-specific training programs. - Schedule:
Night shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, with weekend rotation every 5-6 weeks. Temporary float to other units/departments is possible, but no current float requirement is specified. - Additional Information:
New hires will participate in Radiant Epic training (1 day), Essentials of Aggression Management training (1 day), and a two-week department-specific orientation focusing on equipment and protocols.
