Job Summary
Interventional Radiology Technologist in the INTRA CL specialty for a healthcare provider location. This position involves performing radiological functions for special procedures and interventional examinations, assisting physicians during procedures, and providing diagnostic imaging support. The role requires a collaborative professional committed to high-quality patient care.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree or equivalent; completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program; active American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) license; current State/District license; current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association; 2 years of experience; Current state Radiation Quality Standards.
  • Responsible for radiological functions for special procedures and other interventional examinations.
  • Assists physicians in interventional procedures and provides diagnostic aid by conducting organ or body scans on patients.
  • Administers and records isotope dosage in accordance with established departmental protocol.
  • Observes patients during procedures and reports abnormal activity.
  • Float: Float rotation may be required.
