Job Summary
CT Technologist Hawaii
This position involves performing computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures in an acute hospital setting within Hawaii. The role requires working independently while adhering to radiologist protocols and providing high-quality imaging services.
Job Details
- Licensure: A current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer. Certification: A current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography, and a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Education Requirements: Not specified.
- Location Requirements: Hawaii license required prior to start.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years' work experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Responsibilities include scanning per radiologist protocols, performing routine CT scans, and functioning independently without supervision. Experience with Meditech electronic medical record system, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation is preferred.
- Additional information: Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for employee health appointment. No call shifts required.
