Job Details

• Position: CT Technologist Nebraska
• Schedule: Night shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: ARRT(CT)(R) certification, State of Nebraska Medical Radiographer License, active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, level I trauma experience, at least 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, proficient with computers and email applications, effective communication and multi-tasking skills
• Preferred Qualifications: GE equipment experience
• Procedures and Responsibilities: Perform neuro, body, musculoskeletal, computed tomography angiography (CTA), interventional radiology (IR) procedures such as biopsies, ablations, drain removals, 3D reformats, colonography, enterography, urograms, trauma scans, and dual energy imaging. Conduct quality assurance (QA), maintain department supplies, and follow departmental protocols.
• Equipment Utilized: GE equipment including eight CT scanners (3-256 slice, 4-64 slice, 1-16 slice), EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system, Mckesson PACS, bar code medication administration.
• Additional Information: Orientation includes 12 hours of non-billable training. Will be floating within the CT department to other locations but remains within the same management structure. Must be willing to work holidays and weekend call as scheduled.
