Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid occupational therapy license or certification, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions to facilitate recovery.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in SNF or transitional care settings.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
