The position is a 90-day contract with a specific start date in September, providing the sole physical therapy services in the outpatient clinic.

Job Details

• Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients, develops and modifies treatment plans, and oversees all therapy services for patients. Focuses on designing functional programs aligned with patient goals and physician directives. Acts as an educator for patients, families, and staff, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and safety protocols.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, active license in the state where the work is performed, CPR certification, at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience, strong orthopedic knowledge, shift schedule of 8 hours per day, working 40 hours per week, starting 09/21/2026 and ending 12/21/2026.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, documents medical records accurately and timely, and ensures all care is provided per physician orders and insurance requirements. Participates in student programs, pursues ongoing professional development, and follows regulatory and quality standards. Demonstrates commitment to safety and organizational values.
