Job Details

• Position: Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS)
• Location: Not specified
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program; Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC); Ability to work with pediatric and neonatal populations for at least 2 years in a hospital setting; EPIC electronic medical record experience; no ECMO experience within the last 5 years.
• Skill Set: Respiratory care, airway management, mechanical ventilator management, oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, problem solving, pulmonary function testing, tracheostomy care, endotracheal intubation, extubation, patient transport, extracorporeal circulation management, ventilator setup, monitoring, weaning techniques, clinical documentation, technical procedure interpretation, mathematical reasoning.
• Additional Information: May perform advanced respiratory procedures, assist with Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, and Stabilization, and manage ECMO support if required. Must be able to independently operate and verify ventilator functionality, provide appropriate monitoring, and utilize specialized ventilator modes.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be available to start on 09/28/2026 and complete assignment by 12/26/2026.
