CT Technologist Location not specified. This position involves performing computed tomography scans in an acute hospital setting. The role requires independent operation of imaging equipment, adherence to radiologist protocols, and ensuring accurate patient positioning and imaging procedures.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Computed Tomography, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. A minimum of two (2) years' work experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Candidates without an active Hawaii license must apply immediately upon acceptance. The license must be obtained before the start date, with no time-off in the first 13 weeks.
• Must have experience with Meditech electronic medical record (EMR), Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation.
• Preferred experience includes venipuncture, performing Multi-Planar Reformatting (MPR), Maximum Intensity Projection (MIP), 3D imaging, biopsies, drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke procedures.
• Additional Information: Candidates must arrive the Thursday before the start date for employee health appointment and cannot accept an earlier start date if unavailable.
• Shifts may vary as needed; no call required.
