Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in Muncie, Indiana. This outpatient therapy role involves providing patient care in accordance with clinical standards and facility protocols. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy services and maintaining documentation as required by the organization.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shifts with 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 3 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, active license, and relevant certifications.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior outpatient therapy experience and familiarity with credentialing requirements.
• Additional Information: The assignment begins on 11/02/2026 and concludes on 01/30/2027. No float rotation is required. Parking will be provided during the first day of orientation. Dress code information will be provided during the first day. The candidate will need to complete documentation outside of the clearance packet before being cleared.
