Description
Job Summary
Nuclear Medicine Technologist position located in the area. This role involves performing PET/CT procedures using GE Discovery IQ systems across multiple outpatient and mobile environments. The technologist will contribute to high-quality imaging, patient safety, and operational efficiency within diverse clinical settings.
Job Details
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 10/05/2026 and ending on 01/04/2027.
- Required Qualifications: One to two years of PET/CT experience. Valid credentials through either the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Dual certification as PET/CT technologist (ARRT in Nuclear Medicine and Diagnostic Radiologic Technology). NJ licensure as both CT Technologist and Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE Discovery IQ systems.
- Additional Information: All locations operate on GE Discovery IQ systems. Responsibilities include patient safety, image quality, communication with patients and radiologists, training new technologists, and troubleshooting equipment. Candidates should have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work in outpatient, mobile, or hospital-based settings.
