Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) position in a healthcare setting located in an adult patient care environment. This role involves providing respiratory therapy and supporting patients with respiratory and cardiac needs, with the flexibility to work across multiple departments including ICU, Emergency Room, medical-surgical units, telemetry, and psychiatric units. The position requires adherence to shift schedules and the ability to perform responsibilities during night hours on a rotating basis.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, every other weekend rotation, with call and holiday requirements.
• Required Qualifications: Active Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) or an equivalent certifying body, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, EPIC electronic medical records experience, travel experience, 1-2 years of experience, and NRP certification highly desired. Must have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Highly desirable to have Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Additional Information: The role includes mandatory overtime and requires float to various departments within 30 miles from the original assigned facility. Candidates must be able to work in ER, ICU, medical-surgical, telemetry, psychiatric units, and potentially NICU if applicable.
