Job Summary:
Ultrasonographer Echo in the specialized field of cardiac ultrasound, performing diagnostic echocardiograms on adult patients. This position involves conducting transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiography procedures to assist in diagnosing and evaluating cardiac conditions. The role requires independently managing imaging techniques, patient preparation, and image review to ensure high-quality diagnostic results.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, from 1500 to 2300, totaling at least 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: BLS (American Heart Association only), RCS or RDCS certification; a minimum of 3 years of working experience with Level I Trauma experience; and ability to work independently.
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of advanced cardiac ultrasound protocols, strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology, and experience assisting physicians with complex procedures.
• Additional Information: The position involves performing basic to intermediate cardiac ultrasound services, preparing patients, reviewing images, assisting with transesophageal studies, and ensuring quality standards are met. Candidate should be proficient in equipment handling and patient interaction, with a focus on safety and accuracy.
