Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) for a facility located in Lafayette, IN. This position involves providing outpatient orthopedic therapy services, including post-operative care for knee, hip, shoulder, and chronic pain management. The role requires collaboration with a team committed to delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Dayshift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications:
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Education/Experience: 0 years of experience required; 1 year preferred
- Location: Lafayette, IN
- Preferred Qualifications:
- OP orthopedics, post-op knee, hip, shoulder, low back/neck pain
- Manual therapy skills
- Good team player, flexible, strong work ethic
- Additional Information:
- The candidate will be expected to complete any necessary educational modules prior to their first day of work.
