Job Summary:
Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist position available in a healthcare facility located in the region. The role involves providing specialized care in the cardiac catheterization laboratory, supporting the team with monitoring and scrubbing during procedures. The assignment is designed to cover current operational needs with a focus on adult and geriatric patient populations.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 10 hours shifts, with minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RT, RCIS, or CVT certifications; 5 years of experience; location requirements; no float coverage required
• Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of scrub experience in a high-volume cardiac cath lab (less experience considered if in high-volume settings)
• Additional Information:
  • Weekly Orientations and ASAP coverage needed
  • Unit Profile: Cardiac Cath Lab with 263 beds, patient ratios of 3 per team per case
  • Equipment includes Philips Cathlab devices and Merge Hemo systems
  • EHR system used: Meditech
  • On-call: Fridays from 4:30 PM to Monday 6:00 AM every 4th weekend and every 4th day
  • Role involves monitoring and scrubbing on Cathlab procedures, focusing on cardiac and peripheral vascular disease treatments
  • Dress code: Scrub color is black; torn clothing or inappropriate slogans are unacceptable
