Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) Inpatient specializing in inpatient rehabilitation services is sought for a role in a healthcare facility. This position involves providing occupational therapy interventions across various adult and pediatric inpatient units, including intensive care units, trauma centers, and stroke programs. The OT will support patient evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation to facilitate optimal patient outcomes within a dynamic clinical environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Not specified
• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, with rotating weekends and holidays; minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution; current state license to practice as an occupational therapist; BLS (AHA) certification; minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings; strong communication skills and flexibility in workflow; ability to perform ADL evaluations and documentation
• Certifications: BLS (AHA)
• Additional Information: OT professionals are required to complete credentialing and onboarding processes, which may include a minimum two-month timeline prior to start date. Clinicians must have previously worked for the healthcare provider within the past six months to be eligible for immediate consideration. All clinicians are expected to clock in and out at the facility.
