Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a General Ultrasonographer for a short-term assignment in a hospital setting. The role involves performing imaging procedures and supporting patient care within the radiology department. This position is suitable for qualified professionals seeking a temporary opportunity with a flexible schedule.

Job Details:

  • Required Qualifications:
    • Certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) in abdomen, gynecology, and breast
    • A minimum of 2 years of professional imaging experience
    • Experience working in a breast care center
    • Proven ability to perform breast biopsies
    • Large teaching hospital experience preferred
    • Recent (within past 2 years) Epic electronic medical record system experience
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with breast biopsies and in a specialized imaging environment
  • Additional Information:
    • IVS to OFFER
    • Monday to Sunday work schedule, with no block scheduling
    • Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays
    • All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
    • Complete work history including bed count, EMR system, and facility type is required for submission
    • Public transportation is NOT accessible; reliable personal or rental vehicle recommended, equipped for winter conditions from November to April
