Description

Job Summary:
Xray Technologist position is located in an en_US healthcare setting. The role focuses on performing computerized tomographic radiological procedures on patients, with the possibility of conducting general diagnostic radiology examinations. The position requires a commitment to high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols, with scheduled shifts during the night hours.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM. Minimum of 36 hours per week, duration of 13 weeks starting from 10/12/2026 through 01/16/2027.
  • Required Qualifications: Must possess ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) certification and be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). Advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT) or registry-eligible. Healthcare Provider certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is necessary, along with maintaining required continuing education hours. Minimum of 6 months of experience performing radiologic procedures.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
  • Skills: Required skills include AHA BLS, Radiologic Procedures, Patient Preparation, ARRT R, Clinical Data Review. Additional skills encompass self-direction, initiative, medical record documentation, sterile equipment setup, infection control practices, patient care functions, documentation, teaching and educating new hires and students, PACS image management, radiology information system (RIS) study indexing, clinical protocol review, teamwork, open communication, positive attitude, fostering innovation, respecting diversity, flexibility, willingness to learn, customer service values, patient medical history analysis, equipment setup, patient immobilization, intravenous contrast media administration, radiation protection principles.
  • Additional Information: The candidate should be reliable and dependable, with excellent patient care skills, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
