Description
Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) position in a healthcare setting. The role involves working within a Cardiac Rhythm issues specialty, primarily focusing on adult to geriatric patient populations. The successful candidate will be responsible for circulating, monitoring, and assessment activities, including moderate sedation procedures, with a preference for additional scrub experience. The position requires Epic electronic medical record system experience and involves scheduled shifts during daytime hours.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with rotating late shifts. No weekends or holidays required. On-Call must take late stays, which can extend overtime hours.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RRT (Respiratory Therapist Registered) certification, minimum of 2 years of experience, electrophysiology lab experience, BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications, Epic electronic medical record experience, minimum of 0 years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Scrub experience.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Position involves caring for adult-geriatric patients with cardiac rhythm issues, utilizing facilities such as Cupid Epic and Change Healthcare systems. Candidate must have experience circulating, monitoring, and assessing patients, including moderate sedation procedures, with a preference for scrub skills.
