Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Outpatient (OT OP) position available in a day shift setting. The role involves providing outpatient therapy services with a focus on hand therapy, including splinting and managing a full hand caseload. The position requires evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and executing therapy goals to promote successful patient recovery and community reintegration.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school, 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, hand therapy experience and comfort with splinting and full hand caseload, current CPR certification, active applicable state license, minimum 1 year of experience, and 0 years of professional experience at minimum
• Preferred Qualifications: Successful prior assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous experience with select medical organization is nice to have
• Additional Information: The therapist will complete comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and modify individualized treatment plans, document clinical notes concisely and accurately, participate in student supervision, and pursue ongoing professional development. The role emphasizes adherence to state practice acts and regulatory standards, with a focus on safety, professional growth, and performance improvement initiatives.
