Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in a healthcare organization. This role involves evaluating assigned patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring safe and effective therapy services. The position requires providing patient education, adhering to organizational standards, and contributing to a collaborative healthcare environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, and valid state licensure in good standing
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient therapy, participation in student or professional development programs, and familiarity with organizational performance improvement processes
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, applies clinical reasoning for treatment planning, maintains accurate medical records, and ensures care aligns with signed, valid physician orders and insurance approvals. Participates in student training and professional development activities. Adheres to state practice acts and regulatory guidelines, maintaining licensure and certification requirements. Demonstrates safety awareness and compliance with organizational policies.
