Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) The organization is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient experience to provide patient evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, and promote functional recovery in an outpatient setting. The role involves collaborating with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care and safe practices, while demonstrating a commitment to professional standards and the organizations core values.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed; CPR certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; ability to complete a comprehensive patient evaluation; responsible for documentation, goal setting, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards; participation in a student program (if applicable); ongoing professional development through continuing education; adherence to state practice acts and professional codes.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with diverse patient populations and multidisciplinary teams.
