Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a CT Technologist for a healthcare facility within a 50-mile radius. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment performing a variety of imaging studies, including head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and biopsies. The role offers 12-hour night shifts, with the opportunity to work in different shift times, and provides the chance for first-time travelers to gain experience.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, varied times including day (7-7, 8-8, 9-9), afternoon (2:30-11), and overnight (7p-7a); minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certified CT Technologist with ARRT (CT) certification, BLS certification, WV X-ray license, WV CARES certification prior to start, a minimum of 3 years of CT experience, and WV state license.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience performing biopsies, IV experience, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to train in biopsies if needed.
• Additional Information: The department operates two CT rooms with GE and Siemens 64-slice scanners. Technicians work in teams following a 2,2,3 shift rotation. The department does not use Registered Radiology Assistants and has radiologist coverage until 5 pm with on-call coverage overnight. The department's EMR system is Community Works PACS-Intellirad/Intelliconnect, and the team works closely with an imaging director and manager.
• Licensing & Certifications: Candidates must hold a current ARRT (CT) certification, BLS certification, and be eligible for WV X-ray licensure.
• Start and End Dates: 10/05/2026 through 01/04/2027.
