Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) position located in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role involves evaluating and treating patients, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal recovery outcomes. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid, current State license; BLS certification prior to first shift; minimum of 2 years of experience; inpatient rehab or neuro experience is highly desired.
• Preferred Qualifications: Inpatient Rehab or Neuro experience.
• Additional Information: The therapist will complete comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans in accordance with population served criteria, and document accurately and timely. Responsibilities include patient and family training, participating in student programs, and engaging in professional development activities. The role supports continuous quality improvement initiatives and adherence to regulatory standards.
