Description

Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist Dallas, TX. This position involves assisting with complex cardiac and vascular procedures, including arteriograms, catheterizations, pacemaker implantations, and thrombolytic therapies. The role requires performing patient care, preparing and maintaining sterile fields, and documenting clinical data in accordance with hospital protocols. The ideal candidate will have EP (Electrophysiology) experience and at least two years of relevant clinical practice to ensure accurate and safe procedure support.

Job Details

  • Schedule: 4x10s, Monday through Friday, 07:00 AM 05:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Certifications/Degrees: ACLS (AHA only), BLS (AHA only), and ARRT (R) or RCIS or RCE certification.
  • Required Qualifications: 2 years minimum clinical experience; strong EP experience required; certification in ACLS (AHA only), BLS (AHA only), and ARRT (R) or RCIS or RCE; ability to work in the Cardiac Cath Lab environment, with knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with invasive cardiac and vascular procedures, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to multi-task.
  • Additional Information: The role involves assisting physicians with invasive procedures, monitoring patient vitals, maintaining sterile fields, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with radiation safety regulations.
