Job Summary:
Xray Technologist position is available in a healthcare facility in Clyde, North Carolina, with an upcoming start date of 10/19/2026. The role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures with a focus on patient safety and quality imaging. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire. Licenses: Radiologic Technologist certification and technician license. Must be ARRT registered or registry eligible and an active member of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in other X-ray departments, clinics or medical offices is highly desirable. Belonging to national, state, or local societies is desirable.
• Additional Information: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Prepares preliminary paperwork for final interpretation by the cardiologist. Performs stress tests and recognizes chest pain and arrhythmias. Responds/responds/obtains assistance as needed. Manages stress lab supplies, sterilizes equipment, troubleshoots minor problems, and collaborates on process improvement activities. Collects pertinent medical and medication information for study accuracy. Assists with computerized charting and maintains departmental quality standards.
