Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position available in the area. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring safe, effective therapy services. The position emphasizes patient education, safety, and adherence to professional standards, supporting the organizations mission of delivering high-quality care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in outpatient care and familiarity with various therapy modalities.
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops appropriate treatment plans aimed at discharge within an established length of stay, and documents all care and progress accurately. Participates in student supervision and professional development activities, maintaining licensure in good standing and complying with all regulatory requirements. Demonstrates commitment to safety practices including patient handling, infectious disease protocols, and hazard awareness.
