Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) outpatient specialty position available at a clinic located in Damascus, MD. The role involves providing therapy services to a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurological, sports medicine, and geriatric patients. The clinician will be responsible for performing evaluations and follow-up visits, with a focus on delivering quality patient care in a busy outpatient environment.

Job Details:

• Shift Time: Days
• Schedule: Flexible schedule with a mix of mornings and evenings. No weekends. Most days begin at 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM and end at 7:00 PM. The clinic closes by 5:00 PM on Fridays.
• Required Qualifications: Must have more than 1 year of experience. Must complete documentation promptly and work well in a busy environment.
• Schedule Details: Shift hours are 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Patient Caseload and Productivity: Approximately 5055 patients per week with a variety of diagnoses. Billing expectation is greater than 205 Qualified Clinical Units (QCU).
• Evaluation Times: 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits.
• Types of Cases Seen: Variety of outpatient therapy cases, including orthopedic, basic neurological, sports medicine, and geriatric patients.
• Documentation System: NextGen.
• Staff Support: Includes two front-office staff members, multiple aides, and four other full-time employees.
• Additional Information: Candidates should be team players and work well with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs). The team includes three PTs and two PTAs. The clinic emphasizes the use of purpose-built AI technology to generate compliant clinical documentation in real time.
