Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) in a healthcare setting. This position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring safe and effective therapy services aligned with organizational standards. The role emphasizes patient education, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements to support patient recovery and functional independence.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1-2 years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with diverse outpatient populations and familiarity with organizational performance improvement initiatives.
• Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician directions. Completes medical record documentation accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and organizational policies. Participates in student program supervision, providing a positive learning environment. Maintains professional licensure and pursues ongoing professional development. Follows all safety protocols to promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
