Job Summary:
The CT Technologist position is located in Hendersonville, Tennessee, working on a weekend day shift from Friday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. The role involves performing computed tomography (CT) exams using advanced imaging equipment in a hospital setting. The successful candidate will collaborate with existing staff to support emergency room volume, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to deliver high-quality imaging services.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, working weekends on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: ARRT Radiologic Technologist (RT) certification, with accreditation in computed tomography (CT). Must demonstrate competence in CT exams and have basic CT skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experienced in operating GE Revolution 256 slice CT scanner and GE VCT 64 Slice systems. Familiarity with Meditech documentation system and Synapse PACS preferred.
• Additional Information: The role involves working alongside experienced hospital staff, with no interventional procedures required. Dress code is the required uniform, and unit policies including scanning protocols and IV contrast procedures will be reviewed with candidates. The department utilizes state-of-the-art imaging technology and offers a collaborative work environment supporting ER volume.
• Certification Requirements: ARRT RT (R) (CT) certification.
