Pharmacist Inpatient, Pharmacy This position is based in the inpatient pharmacy department at a healthcare facility. The role involves providing medication management and related clinical services in a hospital setting, supporting patient care through precise medication dispensing, sterile compounding, and unit-specific procedures.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Current/active Missouri pharmacy license in good standing, with a minimum of 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience.
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts on days and evenings, working 40 hours per week with weekend shifts required. No overnight shifts are involved.
• Required Qualifications: Missouri pharmacy license in good standing; 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience; availability to start on 09/28/2026 and end on 11/09/2026.
• Responsibilities include refilling Pyxis ES machines, filling first doses, IV sterile compounding, non-sterile compounding, packaging UD medications, answering phones, assisting pharmacists, refilling code blue trays, and following unit-specific policies and procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Pyxis ES, Meditech, Dose Edge systems.
• Additional Information: Position involves working a combination of day and evening shifts, with a focus on supporting the hospital's pharmacy operations efficiently and safely. No on-call or float rotations are required.
