Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist position in a clinical setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy services to promote functional recovery and safe community reintegration. The position requires providing education to patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and safety protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with diverse patient populations; previous outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and maintains accurate clinical documentation. Participates in student education programs, fosters professional development, and adheres to state and organizational regulatory standards. Demonstrates commitment to patient and employee safety, following all safety policies and procedures. Maintains licensure in good standing and pursues ongoing professional growth.
