Job Summary
Ultrasonographer General, located at a healthcare facility, will perform diagnostic imaging procedures utilizing ultrasound technology. This position involves working evenings, ensuring high-quality imaging services are provided to patients across various age groups in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Job Details
- Qualifications: ARDMS (AB*, BR*, FE*, OB/GYN*), ARRT Sonography, BLS, RDCS - RVT. One year of experience required. Valid state license with a compact license must be in hand at submission.
- Schedule: Evenings shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Responsibilities: Conducting ultrasound examinations, ensuring proper patient positioning, adjusting equipment settings, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neonatal, pediatric, or outpatient ultrasound procedures, and familiarity with Epic charting system.
- Additional Information: Flexibility with shift adjustments and potential float between hospital and outpatient center; candidates must be able to accommodate occasional weekend and holiday work, including working three of the five major holidays.
