Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) position located in Templeton. This role involves planning and conducting segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions. The therapist serves as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups, delivering high-quality therapy interventions to promote patient recovery.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, day shift, with a weekend rotation every third weekend. No on-call responsibilities.
• Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if obtained license on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent; two years' Physical Therapy experience preferred; Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice required; CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required.
• Preferred Qualifications: ICU experience preferred but not required.
• Additional Information: Responsible for completing evaluations, establishing treatment and discharge plans, providing therapy interventions, and maintaining comprehensive clinical documentation. Supervises assigned assistants and performs other relevant duties as assigned. All qualified candidates must be fully vaccinated as a condition of employment unless exempted for medical or religious reasons.
