Job Summary
CT Technologist, CT Specialty, located in a healthcare facility, is responsible for performing computed tomography procedures with precision and adherence to safety standards. This role requires effective communication with physicians, patients, and staff, ensuring high-quality imaging services in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), BLS (Basic Life Support) or ARC-BLS, BLS-I; all required upon hire.
• Education Requirements: Relevant certifications and licensure as specified.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Radiology, with a preference for experience in CT.
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include patient positioning, exposure factors, radiation protection, and performing Quality Control tests per ACR and manufacturer standards.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and under pressure, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Must be capable of multitasking effectively in a stressful environment, with a strong understanding of anatomy, pathology, and imaging protocols.
• Candidate must be compliant with hospital policies and professional standards.
