Job Details

• Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist at a nonprofit addiction and behavioral health treatment center, providing evidence-based care in a recovery-focused environment. The therapist will treat deconditioned individuals, those managing orthopedic injuries, and patients with high fall risk or neuropathy, while working within the inpatient campus setting.
• Required Qualifications: License as a Physical Therapist, Bachelor's or Masters degree in Physical Therapy, at least 1 year of experience, valid PA state license, and ability to work in Wernersville, PA.
• Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm with intermittent front desk support.
• Additional Information: Productivity goal of 55 visits per week, with evaluation times of 60 minutes and treatment scheduled every 30 minutes. Clinical documentation supported by purpose-built AI technology to enhance efficiency and compliance. No floating required. The position is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, starting on 10/19/2026 and ending on 01/16/2027. Dress code is business casual.
