Job Summary
Pharmacist Inpatient Ohio. This role involves providing inpatient pharmacy services within a healthcare facility. The pharmacist will be responsible for medication management, including pharmacokinetic dosing, warfarin management, and working on varied shifts including weekends and evenings.
Job Details
- Position Description: The Pharmacist will work 40 hours per week on varied shifts, typically from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Weekend hours may be variable depending on staffing needs.
- Required Qualifications: Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing; at least one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience; relevant experience with pharmacokinetic dosing (specifically vancomycin) and warfarin management.
- Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract. All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission and included on the confirmation page.
