Job Summary
Ultrasonographer Echo Pediatrics in Yakima, Washington. This role involves providing high-quality pediatric echocardiography imaging in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Job Details

• Certifications: BLS and ARDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) or CCI (Registered Cardiac Sonographer); ARDMS (RCDS Pediatric) preferred.
• Education Requirements: Relevant certification as specified above.
• Location Requirements: Must be able to work in Yakima, WA.
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 4 years total experience with at least 1 year in pediatric echocardiography at a high-acuity, fast-paced facility.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The technologist should be experienced with patient types such as CAD, hypertension, post-TAVR, TEE, and pediatric patients. Ability to perform high-quality scans on a wide range of common echo patients, demonstrating quick-thinking, clinical judgment, and teamwork. Self-motivated, flexible, and able to float between clinic and hospital settings. Support for adult echo team during downtime and outpatient clinic support as needed. The role involves about 4-6 scans per shift using Philips equipment, with EMR system preference being Epic. No weekend rotation or on-call duties.
