Job Details

• Position: CT Technologist (Inpatient)
• Location: Reno, NV
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, from 9:00am to 9:30pm, Friday through Sunday
• Required Qualifications: American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) Certified in Radiography and CT, Nevada State license for Medical Radiography, BLS certification, minimum two years of clinical experience in the department, experience in trauma and travel required.
• The incumbent is responsible for producing diagnostic CT scans, assisting radiologists, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. They must operate sophisticated imaging and contrast injection equipment, adhere to departmental policies, and perform procedures on neonatal, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Additional Information: Travelers may be required to float to needs of the organization up to their competency level. May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during the schedule period. The department values strategic planning input and staying updated with advances in the field of CT.
